It's a self extracting file which you can extract/unzip over the existing "LottoWhiz_2000.exe" file * in the  "\LottoWhiz 2000\" folder. Make sure that LottoWhiz  is not running when overwriting with the update.

* By default it is installed in the "C:\Program Files\LottoWhiz 2000\" folder.
